Polarity Therapy
Polarity Therapy is a beautiful form of hands-on bodywork that combines craniosacral, acupressure, reflexology, and energy work to support your mind, body, and spirit in gaining harmony to support your highest health and wellbeing and your fulfillment in all areas of your life.
Skin Therapy Facial
I offer many modalities to support the health of your skin and treat any skin conditions and concerns that you have. I recommend just booking a time with me and we can work together to decide what would be best for you for that day.
Modalities Include:
Lymphatic Drainage, Microderm Abrasion, Lactic Acid Peel, Alpha Hydroxy Exfoliant, Aromatherapy Facial, Acne Clearing Facial, LED, Reflexology Facial Support, and Energetic clearing and balancing.
Nervous System Reset Facial
This session brings together the body and energy work alignment of Polarity therapy with the added nourishment of a facial. During this session you will stay face up the whole time and receive much of the body and energy work of Polarity after your cleansing facial, while your face mask is on.
Teen Facial
With a deep cleanse, extractions if needed, a balancing masque, and some nervous system balancing too, your teen will glow from the inside out.
Skin Care Consult
We can talk about your skin concerns and decide what skin care regime would meet your needs best. The cost of the consult can go towards any products purchased at the time of the consult.
Distance Sessions
Phone Session
During a phone session I will clear and repair your systems after hearing what you want to work on. I will channel and move the energy with sound through the session with you on the phone so that you can hear what is happening. During the session we can examine the state of your energy systems and what they need to come into full repair. Work with inner children and various aspects of yourself that need to evolve in order to support your evolution. We can also explore past lives if you want or if they come up in your session.
Night Distance Clearing
Sleeping Hours Clearings are a great way to maintain your clarity and vitality within your busy schedule. In these clearings I work with your highest Guidance to clear and repair your energy systems and align you to your manifestation goals. You can email me what you would like to work on and I will clear and align you from this perspective and also follow the energy to do what needs to be done to best support your divine evolution.
