When I clear you, I look at your energy systems-- your aura, chakaras, ida and pingala, spiraling air pattern and more to see what needs to be cleared and repaired. During the deep clearing and repair work and some rebuilding if needed, I clear any expectations that you have on yourself or that other's might have on you and I clear any chords as well. Cords are congested energy between you and others that get in the way of you feeling good about yourself and free and clog the flow of love between you and your loved ones. When cords and expectations get cleared you have more freedom to be your true self and there is more energetic space to connect authentically and deeply with those you love and treasure in your life.
When you are cleared and shining bright with the light of your highest essence I look at whatever information you have shared with me about what you want to enhance or change about your life or manifest in your life and I work with your inner children and subpersonalities and energy patterns through that lense so that you can shift and manifest more easily.
